Chef-attended carving of herb-roasted striploin with natural jus alongside honey-glazed ham.
Golden Hot Brunch Selections
Herb-roasted supreme of chicken, spring vegetable penne in a light rose sauce, roasted baby potatoes with caramelized leeks and herb-roasted seasonal vegetables.
Coffee & Tea Service
Freshly brewed premium coffee and a selection of specialty teas are available throughout the afternoon. Guests may also enjoy lattes, cappuccinos and espresso.
Little Guests Station
For our younger guests, this station features crispy chicken fingers with french fries, pizza selections and fresh penne pasta in a light tomato basil sauce. To complete their sweet experience, children are invited to enjoy our ice cream bar, offering a variety of classic flavours and toppings.
Mother’s Sweet Dessert Display
Fresh handcrafted mini pastries including zesty lemon tartlets, raspberry bliss creations, rich chocolate domes, delicate chocolate eclairs, cassis choux buns, passionfruit dacquoise and classic almondine cakes, beautifully presented alongside cheesecake selections, tiramisu and fresh chocolate-dipped strawberries.
